By accessing or using ReVoxAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

ReVoxAI is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms your content for multiple platforms including Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and TikTok. The Service uses voice training to match your unique writing style.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One free account per person.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam
• Submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without authorization
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service and all outputs generated from your content. ReVoxAI claims no ownership over your inputs or outputs. You are solely responsible for the content you create and distribute using the Service.

6. Subscription & Billing

ReVoxAI offers the following plans:

• Free — 3 repurposes per month
• Creator — $19/month or $12/month billed annually
• Pro — $39/month or $25/month billed annually

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your initial payment only. Refunds are not available for renewal payments or after the 7-day window. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReVoxAI's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReVoxAI in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
