ReVoxAI operates revoxai.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using ReVoxAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information — your email address when you create an account.
• Content You Submit — content you paste for repurposing is sent to the Anthropic API, processed in real-time, and is not stored on our servers.
• Voice Profile Samples — writing samples you provide for voice training, stored securely in your account.
• Usage Data — anonymous usage analytics to improve the service.
• Payment Information — processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the service
• Process payments
• Send transactional emails
• Improve the service
• Monitor for abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI Processing & Your Content

Your content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Your content is not used for AI training. Your voice samples are private to your account and are never shared with any third party.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers, all of whom are contractually obligated to protect your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic — AI content processing
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and analytics

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Content submitted for repurposing is not stored after processing.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication and analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:
