Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial payments for the following paid plans:

• Creator — $19/month
• Pro — $39/month

The refund window starts from the date of your first payment. Only initial subscription payments qualify for the money-back guarantee.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email legal@revoxai.app with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Date of payment
• Subscription plan
• Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. What's Not Eligible

• Renewal payments (only initial payments qualify)
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Accounts terminated for policy violations

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

A refund reverses a charge and your access may be adjusted accordingly.
